Grilling
Grilling is a dry-heat cooking method in which foods are cooked by heat radiating from a source below the cooking surface. The heat can be generated by electricity, burning gas, or hardwood. Whether you use a stove-top grill or an outdoor barbeque, grilling adds an incredibly delicious charred, caramelized flavor to your foods. Among other things, breads, meats, poultry, vegetables and fruits can all be grilled.
