If you’re kids love scrolls in their lunch box or for a snack, then they’re really going to LOVE these 2 ingredient scrolls! Naturally, with only two ingredients, they’re a cinch to make. Even better, you can add in any ingredients you like.
My two love “pizza scrolls” with their favourite toppings, and the grated apple and cinnamon ones for something sweet in their lunch box. So go ahead and try these ideas, or better still, see what’s in your fridge and use that to make the scrolls. And when you’re done, gobble them straight down or pop them in the freezer to have on hand for another day.

Here’s how to make the simple dough for the scrolls using just two ingredients.
Basic 2 Ingredient Scrolls Recipe
Mix up a super-easy dough to make a stack of yummy scrolls that freeze well.

Self-raising flour: 1 cup + extra for rolling
Greek yoghurt: 1 cup
Step 1: Pre-heat oven to 180ºC and line a tray with baking paper. Measure out the flour and yoghurt and stir them together in a bowl.
Step 2: On a floured surface give the dough a good knead, about 2 minutes will do it. If the dough is still wet add some more flour, just spoonful by spoonful so you don’t over do it, until the dough is less sticky. Then, roll it out into a rectangle, so the dough is ½ cm thick.
Step 3: Now top with your favourite ingredients. On the left is the mashed pumpkin, in the middle the ham and cheese and on the right is the pizza (I used tomato paste as the base for the pizza scrolls).
Step 4: Cut the scrolls and roll them up relatively tight. Then with a knife, chop them into 5 cm rounds and put them on the lined oven tray to bake.
Step 5: Pop the tray in the oven to cook for 30 minutes, or until nicely browned.
