6–9 Ingredients: eggs: 4 olive oil (or canola): 3 tablespoons honey: ¾ cup vanilla extract: 1 teaspoon hazelnuts: 2 cups almond meal: ¾ cup chocolate chips: ¾ cup cocoa powder: 1 tablespoon Directions: Step 1: Preheat oven to 350 degrees, and grease a 6.5 x 8.5 baking dish (or loaf pan). Step 2: In a food processor, pulse hazelnuts until coarse meal forms. Step 3: In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, olive oil, honey, and vanilla extract until all of the wet ingredients are well incorporated. Step 4: Add your dry ingredients to the wet mixture: add ground hazelnuts, almond meal, chocolate chips, and cocoa powder. Whisk together wet and dry ingredients. Step 5: Pour batter into greased baking dish, and bake for about 30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out dry but with crumbs.
