    Ingredients:

    • cooked bacon: 6 slices, chopped into small pieces
    • shredded cheddar cheese: 2 cups
    • condensed cheddar cheese soup: 1 can
    • green chiles: 1 can
    • low-fat sour cream: 16 ounces
    • frozen tater tots: 1 bag (32 ounces)

    Directions:

    Step 1: Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Prepare a 9x13 baking dish with cooking spray.

    Step 2: In a large bowl, mix the bacon, shredded cheese, cheese soup, green chiles, and sour cream. Stir until combined. Then add the frozen tater tots, and fold them in evenly.

    Step 3: Spread the mixture in the prepared baking dish, and bake for 45 to 50 minutes, or until the sides are bubbly.

    Step 4: Remove from the oven and allow to cool for 10 minutes. Serve warm.
