One of the coolest things about summer berries is that there are so many ways to use them.

This blueberry maple syrup is one of our absolute favorites for drizzling over pancakes, popovers, and just about any delectable treat we can think of. I often making a big batch of it and just warm it up when I need some. Here is the simple method for making blueberry maple syrup. Enjoy!
- 1 cup maple syrup
- 1 ½ cups fresh blueberries
To make the sauce add the blueberries and maple syrup to a small saucepan and warm over medium heat. Warm the berries, swirling the pan as necessary, until the berries soften and burst. About 10 minutes.
